If your order has already entered production, it cannot be canceled, and our standard refund policy (Section 2) will apply.

1.2. Cancellation by BusyAccess : We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to, technical issues, violations of our Terms and Conditions, or if the ordered product becomes unavailable. If we cancel your order, we will provide a full refund.

2. Refunds

2.1. Refund Eligibility : Refunds are issued in accordance with the following conditions:

a. If you cancel your order before it enters production (see Section 1.1), you are eligible for a full refund.

b. If your order is canceled by BusyAccess (see Section 1.2), you are eligible for a full refund.

c. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for further instructions.

2.2. Refund Process : Refunds will be processed using the original payment method used for the order. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to be processed, which may vary depending on your payment provider.

2.3. Non-Refundable Items : The following items are non-refundable:

a. Orders that have already entered the production process.

b. Orders that have been personalized or customized, unless they are damaged or defective.

c. Shipping charges (except in cases of damaged or defective products).
